1. Incoming Material Inspection
Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Our inspection process is based on approved product specifications, purchase requirements, and internal inspection standards.
- We check the appearance, dimensions, color, surface finish, and basic condition of plastic, metal, fiber, rubber, microfiber, and other materials.
- We verify key components used for brooms, mops, brushes, dusters, squeegees, cleaning cloths, gloves, buckets, waste bins, and other household cleaning products.
- We review packaging materials, labels, accessories, and product parts for identification, compatibility, and visible defects.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Packaging is inspected to help protect products during handling, storage, and transportation. Before shipment, we also review order details to reduce the risk of packing or documentation errors.
- We check inner and outer packaging, protective materials, carton condition, quantity, and packing configuration.
- We verify product labels, carton marks, barcodes, language requirements, and customer-specified packaging details where applicable.
- We confirm that product models, colors, sizes, accessories, and quantities correspond with the approved order information.
- We inspect cartons and pallets for suitable sealing, identification, stability, and visible damage before loading.
- Pre-shipment checks are completed according to the product specification, purchase order, and agreed inspection requirements.
5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Quality information from production, inspection, customer feedback, and after-sales communication is used to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
